Common issue for all clubs I think.  Everyone wants something different.  At IROCC some people want to spend 24 straight hours at a raceday with 6 qualifiers and triple mains, while others can't even show up on time and want to get in and out quick due to other life responsibilities.  Being in the middle there somewhere is good.  We ran a typical race night tonight from 6:00PM to 10:45PM.  So that was 4:45 for 3x quals and 1x mains.  We took a 10 minute break after each round.  The pace is brisk but not frantic.  Most people run two classes and get on average 52 mins of race time in that 4:45.
