Solid Rear Axle Trucks
« on: April 28, 2016, 01:16:37 PM »
There seems to be more solid axle rear trucks coming out:
Losi
Axial

Maybe there's some interest in some more scale off road racing (rally, solid rear axle truck) with some more scale rally vehicles already out? It'd make for some slow but interesting races.

An AVC class?  They all use that technology to make them more realistic. In a novice  class maybe. I'm not sure it would be fair unless every one was running it. But it would be fun for novices I'd think

Not AVC, that's like cheating. No, just a more scale, so instead of having trucks designed for racing with electronics, and not behaving like real vehicles (less body roll, more power to weight ratio, ...) have vehicles to race that are more true to full scale, with the exception of the jumps.

I agree, that was pretty dull.  Not technical crawling, not fast racing.

If you want to do scale events, do them right...
