How often do you change your Oil?

How often do you guy's change your diff and shock oil for indoor racing?

When it leaks out. Lol,  then put new seals in it

after second race day but i dont change i top up as it does leak tiny amounts on scte

Shocks I redo after 3-4 races and diff oil after about 2 races.

Are you doing the shocks every 4 weeks just to get the air out? I imagine it would take years for the fluid to break down. Outdoor would be different as the fluid gets dirty quickly.
I find that with zero rebound the shock is under a vacuum and air gets in. Never seem to lose fluid.

I only do mine to change weight, or when air gets in, and or leaks. I usually replace my pistons once a season as they get worn/loose. I find 1/4 to half rebound keeps the car from bottoming on jumps.
